The Role 

Our website www.Xoxoday.com and our comprehensive product websites—for Empuls, Plum, Compass, Loyalife, and Loopr—are powered by a sophisticated web ecosystem built on Webflow. We need a skilled Webflow Developer who can transform our web properties into high-converting, performance-optimised digital assets.  

As our full-time Webflow Developer, you'll be the technical backbone of our web ecosystem, working closely with our Product Marketing and Design teams to build, optimise, and scale our digital presence, by owning development, optimisation, and strategic improvements across our five product websites and main corporate site. 

This role demands equal parts strategic thinking and hands-on execution—you'll need to understand business objectives, translate them into technical solutions, and continuously optimise for conversions and performance. 

What You'll Do 

Strategic Planning & Execution 
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to understand campaign objectives, regional market requirements, and conversion goals 
  • Audit existing web properties to identify technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and conversion optimisation opportunities 
  • Develop implementation roadmaps for new features, page templates, and multi-product integrations 
  • Recommend technical solutions that balance speed-to-market with scalability and maintainability 
  • Plan and execute A/B testing strategies to improve key conversion metrics across the funnel 

Web Development & Optimisation 
  • Build and deploy new landing pages, product pages, and solution pages using Webflow's visual editor and CMS 
  • Implement responsive, mobile-first designs that maintain consistency across all five product websites 
  • Create and maintain reusable Webflow components, CMS structures, and design systems for scalability 
  • Develop custom interactions, animations, and micro-interactions that enhance user experience without compromising performance 
  • Write custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when Webflow's native capabilities require extension 
  • Implement multilingual functionality using Weglot, ensuring accurate localisation for markets like Saudi Arabia, SEA, and India 
  • Optimise website performance: page load speeds, image compression, lazy loading, and Core Web Vitals compliance 
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards (WCAG) compliance 

Integration & Analytics 
  • Integrate and maintain marketing stack tools: Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM systems 
  • Implement form integrations with lead management systems and ensure proper data flow to sales teams 
  • Set up and maintain event tracking for user behaviour analysis and conversion funnel optimisation 
  • Configure and troubleshoot Webflow CMS connections with external data sources where required 
  • Work with backend teams on API integrations when necessary for dynamic content display 
 

Performance Metrics 
  • Website page load speed: Maintain 90+ Google PageSpeed Insights scores (mobile & desktop) 
  • Core Web Vitals: LCP <2.5s, FID <100ms, CLS <0.1 across all pages 
  • Uptime: 99.9% availability across all web properties 
  • Achieve 95%+ mobile responsiveness score across all devices and screen sizes 
  • Maintain zero critical bugs and resolve minor issues within 24 hours 
 
Must-Have Qualifications 

Experience & Platform Expertise 
  • 5+ years of professional web development experience, with at least 3+ years specialising in Webflow 
  • Proven track record of building and managing complex, multi-product websites on Webflow 
  • Portfolio demonstrating advanced Webflow CMS implementations, custom interactions, and responsive designs 
  • Experience with enterprise-level website management (high traffic, multiple stakeholders, frequent updates) 
  • Experience working with SaaS or B2B enterprise marketing websites 
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA compliance) 
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries 
  • Basic understanding of backend APIs for dynamic content integration 
  • Webflow certifications or completed Webflow University courses 
  • Strong Communication and problem-solving skills 

Technical Skills 
  • Expert-level Webflow proficiency: Visual editor, CMS collections, interactions, responsive design, Webflow Logic 
  • Strong front-end development skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and jQuery 
  • Performance optimisation: Image optimisation, lazy loading, CDN configuration, caching strategies 
  • Integration expertise: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, CRM integrations (HubSpot/Salesforce) 
  • Multilingual implementation: Experience with Weglot or similar translation/localisation tools 
  • Version control: Understanding of Webflow's versioning and staging environments 
  • Design tools: Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD for design handoff and collaboration 

Strategic & Soft Skills 
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles and A/B testing methodologies 
  • SEO fundamentals: On-page SEO, technical SEO, structured data implementation 
  • Ability to balance business urgency with technical excellence—knowing when to move fast and when to invest in scalability 
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with designers, marketers, and regional sales teams
