Role Overview

We are looking for a Partner Sales Manager to build and grow Xoxoday’s partner
ecosystem across products such as Empuls, Plum and Loyalife.
The role will focus on identifying the right partners, activating them, generating qualified
opportunities and driving partner-led revenue. We are looking for someone who is
commercially driven, proactive and comfortable owning the complete partner lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard resellers, referral partners, consultants, system integrators
and technology partners.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within partner organisations.
• Create joint GTM plans, account mapping and target customer lists with partners.
• Enable partner sales teams through product training, use cases, pitch decks and sales
support.
• Generate qualified opportunities and drive them from introduction to closure.
• Conduct joint customer meetings, demos and commercial discussions along with
internal teams.
• Activate newly signed partners and ensure they start generating pipeline and revenue.
• Work with marketing teams on joint campaigns, webinars, events and partner-led
demand generation.
• Manage partner commercials, margins, referral models and deal registration where
applicable.
• Maintain accurate partner pipeline, forecasts, next steps and CRM updates.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Legal
teams to remove deal roadblocks.
• Regularly review partner performance and focus efforts on partners with the highest
business potential.

Ideal Candidate

• 3–4 years of experience in Partner Sales, Channel Sales, Alliances, Business
Development or B2B SaaS Sales.
• Proven ability to generate business through partners.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with CXOs, business leaders and partner sales teams.
• Strong ownership, follow-up discipline and commercial mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Background

Experience in SaaS, HRTech, Rewards & Recognition, Loyalty, Fintech, Employee
Benefits, CRM/HCM or Enterprise Technology will be preferred.

The successful candidate should be able to build a productive partner network, activate
partners quickly, generate consistent qualified pipeline and convert partnerships into
measurable revenue.

This is not a relationship-management role. The core expectation is to turn partnerships
into pipeline and pipeline into revenue
