Role Overview
The Chief of Staff – Founder’s Office will work as a strategic extension of the Founder, partnering closely on growth, marketing, HR and product-led initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Founder Support
- Act as a thought partner to the Founder on company-wide priorities
- Drive strategic initiatives from idea to execution
- Take data driven decisions & drive different projects
- Track projects and leadership initiatives
Growth & Marketing
- Review marketing related KPIs
- Analyze funnel metrics, CAC, and pipeline health
- SPOC for marketing to leadership
Product & Business Enablement
- Support AI & automation initiatives across the organization
- Build technology first processes to bring efficiencies across the organization
Cross-Functional Execution
- Lead cross-functional initiatives
- Remove execution bottlenecks
- Drive reviews, dashboards, and outcomes
External & Special Projects
- Support investor and board communications
- Work on partnerships and M&A exploration
- Own special strategic initiatives
Experience & Skills
- 4–8 years experience in consulting, fintech, SaaS, or Founder’s Office roles
- Experience working with CXOs or founders preferred
- Strong strategic, analytical, and execution skills
- Excellent communication and ownership mindset
